Our delivery process if flexible, we prefer to be one of the first at a venue setting up all the required items and insuring everything is completed to order. Or team of delivery crew are smartly dressed and presentable and are fully trained in all our kit. All items will be positioned and shown fully working. Instructions are always left at a venue, in case changes are required and a dedicated person will always be on contact need be if any problems occur, so all you have to do is enjoy your night.
This is a question we often get asked. The aim of our LED uplighters are to provide an ambiance of colour to a venue. Our Uplighters are completely wireless battery powered meaning they can be positioned nearly anywhere in the venue. They are also able to light up in any shade, producing any colour you want at your wedding from autumnal amber to party purple. When asked about quantity, each venue is different therefore depending on the size shape and features of the room we only like to advise once a venue meeting has occurred. Often twenty uplighters are sufficient to light up a room but if there room has striking features or if you would like the exterior lit up then this number could easily rise - but not a problem as we stock over 100 fully controllable LED uplighters which is more than enough for your largest wedding.
We think you should be hiring as many chairs and you have confirmed guests. We all know it is unlikely that everyone who RSVP saying they were turning up will be there on the day but we think that it is best to make sure that if everyone did arrive, that no one should be sitting in the floor. Our tables typically hold ten people for round and six people for our rectangular tables. We feel these are the optimal numbers for our tables, it is possible to squeeze a few more per table but then your guests may start bumping elbows. Another thing to mention is to remember to hire high chairs for the little ones. This will help your guests enjoy their dinner in comfort without a child on their lap.
When the Party is in full flow your guests would like to go to the bar to get a drink. Our advice is a bigger bar allows for a faster service as more of your guests can be served at the same time. A large bespoke bar is also a feature at your wedding and can coordinate with the colour and theme of your day. For events below 100 guests we suggest a 8’ bar and for 100 guests and over we advise one of our 16’ bars.
Yes! These have become very popular and we think it is one of the simplest and most effective ways to personalise your wedding. We can offer MR & MRS the all important hash-tag # along with the alphabet enabling you spell any name and giving your wedding photos a social media boost.
Big! That’s our answer! We all like a good dance at a wedding, however as with most of our wedding equipment we hire, we suggest a site visit to ensure the correct size is provided. We will then also be able to analyse loading requirements for our team to set up the floor.
We have two draping methods. Firstly Pipe and Drape, this is the fastest method taking around 30 minutes to quickly and easily transform a wall in your venue and is often used as a backdrop behind the top table or behind your evening entertainment. TO completely transform a venue with a custom pinch pleated effect then we suggest installing the drape the day before, as our team would require several hours to complete this effect.
We understand that a wedding is a long day for some guest members, we are able to supply comfortable chairs with an armrest for your wedding breakfast and for later we can offer a selection of sofas.
