We have two types of cubes to offer fabric cubes and LED cubes. Our Bespoke fabric cubes are made to match the colour theme of your event. Every cube is fitted with a fabric and colour of your choice. Our cubes provide a relaxed sophisticated look and can be used to separate an area creating spaces for drinks receptions or bars where guests can comfortably sit and start conversations.
We also stock LED cubes, which are illuminated and battery powered. These are perfect to create an attractive seating space when it gets dark adding a soft glow of colour wherever they are placed. Each cube can be individually customised in colour and have inbuilt colour programs to really stand out at your event. Our LED cubes are a small solution of our LED furniture we also stock LED sofas, poseur tables, and bar stools allowing colour to be incorporated in to your whole event. Made from strong durable plastic, our waterproof LED cubes are able to be positioned anywhere at you event – perfect for events on the beach or out doors.

We are able to transform and cover any wall with our bespoke, made to measure backdrops. Providing various types of fabrics and a large array of colours we can match any theme or decorative accent in a room adding the final touch to your event. We are also able to complete the look with our specialist draping, covering ceilings or adding accents to features on the room.
To completely transform the room or venue we would suggesting to use our made to measure pinch pleating draping method. Our highly trained craftsmen are able to cover any wall of any size and any colour in this beautiful tailored look. This is a custom service we are able to provide and can implement it to any room of any shape, so even the most difficult of spaces can be seamlessly transformed matching the events theme.
Our simplest and most effective method to add an eye-catching feature to your event is by using our LED star cloth. Our team can quickly transform any wall with adding an eye catching focal point perfect on stage for DJ’s or bands. This has also become our most popular feature for weddings by dressing the wall behind the top table adding the prefect setting for all the photos being taken. We can complete the look by providing a top table skirt, which will dress the top table itself.
The star cloths are available in both white and black and ranging in any size up to 4m X 24m and why not complete the look by adding our matching LED dance floors and Dj booths to your event.

For years we have worked with leading lighting programmers and suppliers to fully understand how to transform and create incredible events and we are fortunate to stock some of the industries very best and modern effects.
One of the simplest and most effective lighting fixture we stock are our battery powered LED uplighters. Remote control and able to be positioned anywhere in the venue these items are perfect to give a burst of colour to any wall or feature in the room. For the evening disco we suggest including several of our moving heads.
Our team can advise which one and how many best suit your venue and area of entertainment, but these units are amazing at what they do. Providing a beam, wash or custom gobo spot of light to any position in the room and being controlled by one of our talented programmers, these lights really do help in setting the scene and atmosphere of any celebration.

We have a large variety of confetti from including metallic silver and gold to multi-coloured or rose hearts. Our confetti is perfect to capture the enjoyment and excitement during your first dance. Able to be used indoors or outdoors our high quality confetti really do blast and fill a room.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT WEDDING EQUIPMENT HIRE

Our delivery process if flexible, we prefer to be one of the first at a venue setting up all the required items and insuring everything is completed to order. Or team of delivery crew are smartly dressed and presentable and are fully trained in all our kit. All items will be positioned and shown fully working. Instructions are always left at a venue, in case changes are required and a dedicated person will always be on contact need be if any problems occur, so all you have to do is enjoy your night.
This is a question we often get asked. The aim of our LED uplighters are to provide an ambiance of colour to a venue. Our Uplighters are completely wireless battery powered meaning they can be positioned nearly anywhere in the venue. They are also able to light up in any shade, producing any colour you want at your wedding from autumnal amber to party purple. When asked about quantity, each venue is different therefore depending on the size shape and features of the room we only like to advise once a venue meeting has occurred. Often twenty uplighters are sufficient to light up a room but if there room has striking features or if you would like the exterior lit up then this number could easily rise - but not a problem as we stock over 100 fully controllable LED uplighters which is more than enough for your largest wedding.
We think you should be hiring as many chairs and you have confirmed guests. We all know it is unlikely that everyone who RSVP saying they were turning up will be there on the day but we think that it is best to make sure that if everyone did arrive, that no one should be sitting in the floor. Our tables typically hold ten people for round and six people for our rectangular tables. We feel these are the optimal numbers for our tables, it is possible to squeeze a few more per table but then your guests may start bumping elbows. Another thing to mention is to remember to hire high chairs for the little ones. This will help your guests enjoy their dinner in comfort without a child on their lap.
When the Party is in full flow your guests would like to go to the bar to get a drink. Our advice is a bigger bar allows for a faster service as more of your guests can be served at the same time. A large bespoke bar is also a feature at your wedding and can coordinate with the colour and theme of your day. For events below 100 guests we suggest a 8’ bar and for 100 guests and over we advise one of our 16’ bars.
Yes! These have become very popular and we think it is one of the simplest and most effective ways to personalise your wedding. We can offer MR & MRS the all important hash-tag # along with the alphabet enabling you spell any name and giving your wedding photos a social media boost.
Big! That’s our answer! We all like a good dance at a wedding, however as with most of our wedding equipment we hire, we suggest a site visit to ensure the correct size is provided. We will then also be able to analyse loading requirements for our team to set up the floor.
We have two draping methods. Firstly Pipe and Drape, this is the fastest method taking around 30 minutes to quickly and easily transform a wall in your venue and is often used as a backdrop behind the top table or behind your evening entertainment. TO completely transform a venue with a custom pinch pleated effect then we suggest installing the drape the day before, as our team would require several hours to complete this effect.
We understand that a wedding is a long day for some guest members, we are able to supply comfortable chairs with an armrest for your wedding breakfast and for later we can offer a selection of sofas.
