In the Algarve there are many great LED dance floor hire companies, as a collective we help & work with each other rather than under cutting each other & then no care is taken. What does set as apart is our very large stock holding and knowledge about LED dance floors. Although some people may think it's very easy and all you need to do is lay a few LED panels on the floor and click it together ….... Well the Algarve has seen some of these hire companies and let me tell you, they don’t last long.
Laying a floor so its reliable thought the event, safe to use and level enough that the panels don’t get damaged does require a fair amount of knowledge & time with such a product.
Due to the amount we stock we can offer so many odd & unique sizes like 12ft x 34ft runways often used as the wedding cat walk up at the beach front ceremony.
We also always bring extra spare panels with us to all events as LED panels do fail as they have a pretty hard life …... All edging and sides are taped down, the floor is polished on site so its looking its best before your wedding or event starts. If the floor needs to be laid in a room with wooded or delicate flooring we also have a solution for this as well. HOW MUCH DOES IT ALL COST TO HIRE A DANCE FLOOR IN THE ALGARVE?

Hiring a dance floor can completely change the way a venue feels & looks, placement needs to be thought about as well as making sure you hire the right sized floor. Too often customers are misled by what size floor they really need & remember hiring a good-sized dance floor is often much cheaper than draping & lighting a whole venue.
What we are trying to say is a when you hire a LED floor you get very good value for money thus normally allowing you to cut back on other non-essential items = saving you money.
Now we have one last trick up our sleeves...... New for 2018 are our brand-new mirror dance floors, these aren't ''starlit'' for obvious reasons but over the last 18months we have seen the trend grow and having built & supplied quite a few of these since Jan 2017 we have taken the plunge and we have just invested in a huge 28ft x 28ft mirrored dance floor - A mirrored dance floor is unique & isn’t seen at many corporate events or parties, while we firmly believe that our white floors will always be the wedding favorite, some of our corporate clients are always looking for the extra special eye candy to set the event off in style.

WHEN ENQUIRING ABOUT HIRING A DANCE FLOOR

How much does a dance floor cost to hire?

It depends on the size of floor and where abouts it is being delivered to. The cost of a dance floor starts from €399 euros to €3000 euros for our largest floor, minus the delivery cost.

Do you rent out different size floors?

Yes we certainly do. Our smallest floor starts at 10ft x 8ft to a huge 40ft x 40ft floor which is unbelievably big. We also offer a range of unique dance floor solutions like round, rectangular, catwalk style and even raised outdoor dance floors – We are the only rental company in the Algarve that offers this.

Do you have different styles & colours available?

We have white LED starlit dance floors along with plain coloured floors & our brand new mirrored effect dance floor. All these options are truly transform a venue and entice your guests to dance.

How long does it take to setup?

Set up time depends on a few things such as what size floor you require and what the access is like getting into the venue / location. We like to allow 1 hour for the smaller floor sizes which gives us time to successfully lay the floor and ensure it is cleaned before leaving. The largest floor 40ft x 40ft we need to allocate around 5 hours for the installation but importantly the cleaning process once laid as all our floors are polished onsite to insure the faultless finish.

Can we place tables & chairs on top of the dance floor

Yes you can do so. We understand that for smaller venues / areas space is limited so therefore it only works when the furniture is placed on the dance floor, so yes this is certainly, do able. We just like to make people aware that by the first dance there may be some scuff marks or scratches on the floor which is somewhat inevitable when placing tables on the floor but it's your choice. We can also lay & fix custom wedding monograms / corporate company branding onto any dance floor as well which adds the final personalized touch to your event
